Matthew Fleek

We hired Matt for our Scottish wedding in August. I reached out months in advance as its a busy time for pipers. Matt responded very quickly and fortunately was available. He was easy to communicate with from the beginning and had many recommendations on music and videos for us to watch to give us an idea of his ability and also what the song may sound like during the event which made it much easier. He was also very willing to interact in communication with our DJ and wedding coordinator that really took the stress away from us on our wedding day. He even came to the rehearsal so he knew his role would be on point. Leading up to and through the entire process he was friendly, professional and represented well with piper formal wear and felt like he really wanted to make sure that our ceremony and reception turned out perfectly. This was such a perfect and special touch to our wedding that we couldn't be happier with hiring Matt and wouldn't hesitate to reach out to him again should the need or recommendation arise. Matt made those pipes sing! And he was accommodating, provided a nice collection of songs, he was punctual, and he was helpful to meet the occasion. We felt very lucky to have had him perform.

My father in law’s memorial service couldn’t have been better. He was a lifelong fan of the bagpipes (I even had the good fortune of seeing the famous Black Watch in Seattle with him many years ago). Mathew’s skilled playing and respectful demeanor perfectly complemented the service, and the man we were memorializing.

Mathew got there early and played his heart out. He was a real professional and everyone thoroughly enjoyed his performance.

Absolutely fantastic!! Very quick to answer texts. Our new son in law who is Scottish. He said thst Matthew is very authentic. The best piper he has ever heard!! Lots of different melodies/songd. He explained how the instrument works snd displayed this as well. Everyone LOVED him!!
