Performance Requirements
Science Crew is a fully mobile science entertainment company, and we bring everything needed for the show or workshop.
What We Provide
* All science equipment and demonstration materials
* Professional presenter(s)
* Complete setup and cleanup
What We Need From the Venue
* An indoor space or a shaded outdoor area (weather permitting)
* Access to one standard electrical outlet
* Tables and specialty equipment (when required)
* A performance space
* Audience seating
* One parking space nearby for loading and unloading equipment
Setup & Timing
* Standard setup takes approximately 15–20 minutes.
* Cleanup typically takes 15 minutes.
* We ask that the performance area remain available during setup and teardown.
Additional Information
* Our shows are designed for children of various ages and can be customized for birthdays, schools, preschools, camps, libraries, festivals, and community events.
* We carry commercial general liability insurance and are happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.
* Most demonstrations are performed indoors, but selected shows can be adapted for outdoor events when suitable conditions are available.
* If your venue has specific requirements or limited space, we're happy to work with you to create the best possible experience.
