Sarika’s LLC was born from a deep love of cooking, culture, and heritage. What began as a passion for crafting flavorful dishes evolved into a mission — to bring people together through food that speaks to the heart. Under the umbrella of Sarika’s LLC, two branches flourished: Sarika’s Spices, a line of handcrafted seasonings and marinades, and Sarika’s Kitchen, a catering and culinary service where every meal tells a story of love, legacy, and tradition.
For years, I devoted my time and talent to working for others, helping to build their dreams and visions. But over time, I realized it was time to build my own. The decision to create Sarika’s LLC came from a place of purpose and self-determination — to take the knowledge, experience, and creativity I’ve gained and pour it into something that truly represents who I am and what I love.
On the heels of my greatest loss — the passing of my beloved mother and biggest supporter — I found the strength to turn my grief into growth. Her love, encouragement, and faith in my abilities became the driving force behind this venture. Sarika’s is more than just a business; it’s a living tribute to her spirit, a celebration of family, and a reflection of the belief that food can heal, unite, and inspire.
At Sarika’s, every sauce, spice, and dish is made with care, passion, and authenticity — because this isn’t just food. It’s food for the heart.

Client Requirements for Booking and Service Execution
To ensure a smooth and successful event, Sarika’s Kitchen kindly requests the following technical items and details from clients at the time of booking:
Event Date, Time, and Location – Confirmed details to secure scheduling and delivery arrangements.
Venue Access Information – Including setup and breakdown times, kitchen or prep area availability, and parking/loading access.
Guest Count – Final headcount at least 7–10 days prior to the event for accurate food preparation and staffing.
Menu Selection and Dietary Preferences – Finalized menu choices, including any allergies or special requests.
Equipment and Utilities – Confirmation of available items such as tables, electrical outlets, running water, or refrigeration (if applicable).
Deposit and Payment Schedule – Required deposit to secure your date, with full balance due prior to the event.
Point of Contact – A designated on-site representative for coordination during setup and service.
