Santa Vern

Santa Vern came to our annual holiday party and was amazing again . We had a large group - about 40 rowdy kids and he did a great job keeping their attention and engaging with them . He was also on time and very professional. I’d highly suggest Santa Vern !

Santa Vern was absolute perfection for our holiday party this weekend. He arrived on time, joyful and jolly, and everyone was amazed. He shared stories with a picture book about the north pole, his reindeer, answered many many questions from the young ones, sang christmas songs with everyone, led the kids with an active and musical "jingle bells", used his christmas magic to check if the children were naughty or nice, passed out presents, allowed for many photo opps, and all around brought the best joy possible in an organized manner to our group. We will most certainly have him back next year! Thank you Santa Vern!

We had Santa Vern for an event with 11 families and he was wonderful! Very engaging and allowed kids to warm up. He answered so many preschooler questions about Santa and Christmas with ease and humor. We will definitely book him again for next year.

Santa Vern came to our virtual holiday party last Saturday. He was a pleasure. The kids loved his stories and gentle manner.

I was pleased how well he could work in the virtual setting.

Santa Vern was an excellent emissary for the big guy.

Santa Vern did a good job with the kids, but there was confusion on start time as well as length of visit (which maybe on us). Gig Salad stated 1.5 hours, but Santa was only here for 30-45 minutes. In addition, Santa was a bit confused on the kids names and relationships, even though there were only 5 kids total, with 2 sets of siblings. He was able to remember the names of the elves, but not who they belonged to.

Overall we had a good experience, but had I been aware prior I would have simplified things and done the visit differently. For example, larger name tags on the gifts the we provided for him to hand out as we wrote the names too small and choosing bigger bulkier gifts rather than smaller gift cards for the older kids. We would also look to get a better understanding of start/end times as I believe he planned to be there early to review the data on the kids we sent prior, but was rushed inside because we were under the impression he was late.

We intend to have Santa Vern again next year but will prep him and our visit a bit differently.

Overall, it was a good experience and with Covid shutting down malls and Santa visits all over, you couldn’t really ask for much more!
