Santa Savvy brings more than a remarkable appearance to each event. With decades of performance experience and a background that includes major theme parks around the world, he understands how to read a room, adapt to different personalities, and create genuine connections with children, families, executives, and large audiences.

Every appearance is approached with compassion, preparation, and respect for the magic of Christmas. Whether welcoming a hesitant child, entertaining a crowded room, posing for photographs, or working alongside event staff, Santa Savvy adjusts naturally to the needs of each guest and occasion.

From his custom wardrobe and authentic presentation to his improvisational skill and dependable professionalism, Santa Savvy delivers a polished, memorable experience designed for clients who expect more than a costume. They expect a true professional Santa.

With more than 40 years of professional experience, Santa Savvy has brought Santa to life throughout Central Florida and internationally in Japan and China. His entertainment background includes work with Disney and Universal, along with extensive improvisational performance experience. Every appearance is approached with professionalism, warmth, and a commitment to creating an authentic and memorable experience.

Santa Savvy’s custom wardrobe is designed specifically for him, not purchased as an off-the-shelf costume. Beneath his classic red coat, he wears coordinating period-inspired trousers and a traditional striped shirt, allowing him to remain fully in character and professionally presented even when the coat is removed.

Several specialty looks are also available, including workshop attire, chef attire for cookie-baking events, Beach Santa, and variations of the classic Santa wardrobe.

Premium throne seating may be added to an appearance. Available options include an oversized red velvet throne with gold trim and a distinctive lion-head throne with dark green leather. Scenic backdrops may also be arranged. Please include any furniture, backdrop, or staging requirements when requesting a quote.

Mrs. Claus and professional elf entertainers may also be added to create a complete holiday experience.

Past clients include the City of Altamonte Springs, City of Deltona, City of Winter Springs, Gaylord Palms Resort, Reunion Resort, the Orlando Magic, Universal Studios, and Tokyo Disney Resort.

Prime holiday dates book quickly. Early reservations are strongly recommended.

2026 Appearance Rates

Rates are based on the length, location, date, and specific requirements of each event. A customized quote will be provided before booking.

Off-Season Appearances

* First hour: $350
* Each additional hour: $200

Prime Holiday Season

Prime holiday rates apply from Thanksgiving Day, November 26, through Christmas Day, December 25, 2026.

Prime dates include:

* Thanksgiving Day through Christmas Day
* All Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during the prime season

Prime-Season Appearance Rate

* $150 per hour
* Two-hour minimum

Holiday Rates

Special pricing applies for:

* Thanksgiving Day
* Christmas Eve
* Christmas Day

Additional Performers

* Mrs. Claus: $100 per hour, with a two-hour minimum
* Professional elf performer: $100 per hour, with a two-hour minimum

Availability must be confirmed when booking.

Throne Rental

A premium Santa throne may be added to a Santa appearance for a flat rate of $150 for the entire event.

Alternate Santa wardrobe options may be arranged, including:

* Rustic green Santa with natural-fur-inspired trim
* Classic short red jacket
* Long red parade coat
* White and blue winter robe

Travel

Travel time exceeding 30 minutes each way from Port Orange, Florida, is billed at the applicable hourly appearance rate. Additional travel expenses, including tolls, parking, lodging, or airfare, may apply when required.
