Santa RW Couple stays in contact to assure your expectations are met. As arrival time approaches the Sleigh-Driver contacts the host to work out arrival details and to ensure your guests are ready for Santa's arrival. Santa puts your gifts into his red sack and arrives at your appointed location... rings bells outside until the children discover Santa is visiting! Santa greets the children, guest, guest of honor & distributes your gift. While Santa and your child are having a talk, to assure (s)he have been good, this is a great photo opportunity. Santa usually likes to have a stroll around the room... He is a witty & bearded, and usually has something fun to share! Then gathers the children around for storytime... He usually reads Twas the Night Before Christmas, though also is the Author of Seashell Santas, or a special short book, letter or poem could be read. Santa gets up this time for merriment and leads a sing-along like a favorite Jingle Bells that everyone can sing... He usually has bells to add to the festivities... Then he calls to his reindeer, and dash away... Santa keeps a very busy schedule this time of year...

Santa RW professional background as an Academic Librarian serving global students. He has an ecumenical heart and Vincentian training. He is a member of the International Brotherhood of Real Beard Santas and Santa Gathering. He holds Masters degrees in Library Science and Systematic Theology, as well as an Associates Degree in Santalogy.

Mrs Santa RW is the sleigh driver and navigator, she stays in contact with you from GigSalad initial discovery through review. We are an ecumenical couple with a helpmate marriage. She is also available during the weekdays for community events, activities, trim-a-tree, cooking decorating, story-time, and holiday errands. Her inspiration and ideal in this role is Angela Lansbury in Mrs Santa Claus the movie, Avenue A, NYC.

* Fireplace: Santa gets HOT when not in the North Pole... Be KIND and turn off your ambient fireplace so you can have a warm glow with out the heat during his visit. PSA: Please remember to keep your fireplace & chimney clean to prevent fires for Santa's sake!

* Lighting & Ambiance. Plan the setting & lighting you want to capture great photographs! Before the visit be sure to check your lighting with your camera & photo devices. You might switch out bulbs with LED for brighter photos.

* Photography: Santa RW (Real Whiskers) permits you & your guest to take photos on your devices; unless you hire an event photographer. The event or venue photographer will probably NOT permit individual or family photos on your own camera &/or device. Please keep this in mind when planning your event. Corporate, Organizational, Event & Photographers we require access to mutual use promotional photographs made available to us. When hiring Staff &/or Photographer we require advance information & planning; as well as mutual promotional use.

* Staging an area to have a picture perfect is so amazing! A great reason to choose a home or special venue office for feature photographs. Great for Christmas Cards and sharing with family reunions.
