Santa Rick

Couldn’t have asked for a better Santa. The kids and adults loved it and already made comments of having him back for next year. He was friendly, engaging and involved everyone

We have booked Santa Rick for our annual Dinner with Santa special event since 2013 and every year we are more than pleased with his service. The event serves over 100 people, usually around 40 of them children. He meets with every child and engages in discussion about what they like to do/what their hobbies are, what they want for Christmas, and also reinforces the value that Christmas is about spending time with family. He makes sure every visitor is afforded an equal amount of time. We also ask him to read a story, and his animated presentation of "The Night Before Christmas" is a family favorite - encouraging audience interaction in completing the verses of this popular story, while adding fun anecdotes in where appropriate.

Personally, I've also seen him at a smaller event at our local volunteer Fire Department's holiday party: the service is the same even in the smaller setting, making time for each child no matter how old (he's as comfortable holding a baby for a picture as he is conversing with a preteen who is still on-the-fence about their belief in Santa), ample time for pictures, and reading a story.

It goes without saying that he looks the part, with a great quality suit and a real beard that he grows and dyes months in advance. He's also incredibly charitable, volunteering for such events as Operation Fire Cuffs, which collects and donates gifts to children at the local hospital. This man uses his unique position to give back and benefit our community.

Be sure to book early - he has a Very busy schedule during the season, but you will not be disappointed.

This is the first year my son (3.5) happily sat on Santa’s lap. Santa Rick was absolutely amazing! Laid back and clearly made each child comfortable and adjusted to exactly what they needed. Weeks later, my son is still talking about sitting on Santa’s lap, getting to hold his hand for a picture, and hearing a story from him. He remembers tiny details like the jingle bells and bag too. Such a wonderful Santa. Thank you!

This is my 3rd year having santa Rick come to my daycare's Christmas party. He is amazing, and he spends time with every child and always makes them feel comfortable and special. The parents love him, and he does pictures with each child and also asks if the families want family photos. I provide stuffed animals for each child and he asks the children if they want to pick from his bag they love that. I highly recommend Santa Rick, he does a amazing job the children look forward to seeing Santa at daycare every year.

Santa Rick is the sort of man who makes magic happen for children and adults alike. He is warm, kind, professional, and accommodating with all. He takes time to interact will all kids who spend time with him. He is on-time, hard-working, and flexible. But the thing about Santa Rick that is so magical, is that he isn’t just the best local Santa, he’s also a beautiful and kind human. He volunteers to bring Christmas joy to kids in the hospital, and recently participated in a fire truck parade for a very sick little girl who can’t currently be with crowds of people. He embodies love and warmth and everything Christmas should be. He also say close to 300 kids with us, and our photos are spectacular.
