We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Santa Richard at our holiday event! He was engaging, friendly, and truly magical with guests of all ages—from tiny children to large families. Santa went above and beyond by interacting with customers throughout the store, not just during photo time, which created an incredibly festive and welcoming atmosphere.
