Santa Richard gave me everything and more that I had hoped for in a Santa appearance. He has a really fun and crowd-pleasing entrance that sets the tone for the rest of his lively performance. The kids absolutely adored him and Santa Richard really took his time to interact with each of them. I've never seen someone with so much patience!
