A LEGACY OF CHRISTMAS MAGIC

For a decade, I have had the privilege of portraying Santa and bringing the spirit of the holidays to life for families across North America. My journey as Santa has taken me from the snowy landscapes of Regina, Saskatchewan, to the bright lights of Las Vegas, the Pacific Northwest, Texas, Colorado, and the tropical warmth of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Along the way, I have performed full holiday seasons at major destinations and attractions, appeared at private and community events, and helped create cherished Christmas memories for thousands of children, families, and guests.

PLAZA LAS AMÉRICAS — San Juan, Puerto Rico
I served as the featured Santa at Plaza Las Américas, the largest shopping mall in the Caribbean. Immersing myself in Puerto Rico’s vibrant, multi-month holiday celebration was a career-defining experience and one of the great honors of my Santa career.

TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITY STRUTTERS
I had the pleasure of performing alongside the renowned Texas State University Strutters, an appearance that required showmanship, timing, audience awareness, and professional coordination.

ENCHANT CHRISTMAS — Resorts World, Las Vegas
I appeared as part of Enchant Christmas at Resorts World Las Vegas, one of the world’s largest Christmas light maze and village experiences, greeting guests in a high-production, immersive holiday environment.

GAYLORD OF THE ROCKIES — Denver, Colorado
I served as a featured Santa at Gaylord of the Rockies, a premier destination resort known for its elaborate Christmas at Gaylord programming.

Closer to home, I have been part of the historic holiday traditions in Old Colorado City, bringing a classic, nostalgic Santa experience to the heart of Colorado Springs.

TRAINED IN THE ART OF SANTA

Before becoming Santa, I spent three years performing as an actor, singer, and dancer in holiday melodrama dinner theater productions. That experience helped me develop stage presence, timing, audience awareness, and comfort performing for families.

Since becoming Santa, I have continued to invest in the craft through both formal and informal Santa education. I completed Christmas Performers Workshop Levels 1 and 2, with 16 hours of instruction in each course. These workshops focused on storytelling, character development, and crafting a thoughtful Santa backstory to help answer children’s questions about the North Pole, Mrs. Claus, the elves, reindeer, toy-making, and Santa’s Christmas Eve journey.

I have also attended a Santa Magic seminar focused on simple sleight-of-hand effects for children. In addition, I am a member of the International Brotherhood of Real Bearded Santas and regularly participate in local Santa gatherings where professional Santas exchange ideas, safety practices, and performance knowledge.

Beyond large-scale resorts, shopping centers, and public events, my heart lies in the personal connections made at community gatherings and private home visits. I dedicate a meaningful portion of my Santa work to charity events because I believe the true magic of Christmas should be accessible to every child.

Whether I am reading stories by a fireplace, visiting with children at a family gathering, or presiding over a citywide tree-lighting ceremony, my goal remains the same: to treat every child with kindness, patience, and respect. I strive to preserve the wonder of the season and create moments families will remember long after the decorations are put away.

For added peace of mind, I voluntarily complete a background check before each Christmas season and carry performer’s liability insurance for public, corporate, and private appearances.

To help create the best possible experience and beautiful, lasting memories for your guests, please consider the following setup recommendations:

PHOTO STAGING & LIGHTING
If photos are a primary part of your event, please place Santa’s chair away from large windows, bright background glass, or strong backlighting. Good front-facing lighting helps ensure every photograph is clear, bright, and magical.

To help the event run smoothly and maintain the magic from start to finish, please provide the following on-site essentials:

STURDY SEATING
Santa will need a dedicated, supportive chair, such as a high-backed wooden chair or armchair, rather than a soft, deep couch. This helps ensure proper posture for photos and allows children to sit safely and comfortably.

EVENT ASSISTANCE
For larger gatherings or photo-focused events, please assign a helper — such as an elf, photographer, or event coordinator — to assist with managing the line, pacing visits, handing out gifts if needed, and capturing photos. This allows Santa to remain fully focused on each child and family.
