SOUND
Small visits generally require no amplification in a quiet setting. For larger audiences or noisy venues, a suitable microphone and sound system may be needed. Please coordinate equipment and microphone placement in advance so they work comfortably with Santa’s beard and wardrobe.

LIGHTING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
Please provide enough light for comfortable interaction and any planned photographs. Position Santa so guests and photographers have a clear view, with room to move safely.

TEMPERATURE AND OUTDOOR APPEARANCES
Santa’s wardrobe is warm, so a cool, well-ventilated setting is preferred. Outdoor appearances require advance discussion of temperature, shade, weather protection, appearance length, and access to a cool break area. Drinking water should be readily available.

ACCESS AND EVENT COORDINATION
Please identify parking, the arrival entrance, stairs, long walking distances, and any venue check-in requirements before the event. A designated host contact should coordinate Santa’s arrival and activities. Larger gatherings may require a helper to manage lines and keep walkways clear.

GIFTS AND SPECIAL ACTIVITIES
If Santa will distribute supplied gifts, please arrange clear labeling and a discreet handoff before the appearance. Scripts, announcements, promotional activities, filming, and special entrances should be discussed and agreed upon before booking.

LIVE VIDEO VISITS
Guests need a reliable internet connection, a device with a working camera and microphone, and a quiet, well-lit space. An adult should remain present for visits involving children. Connection details will be provided before the scheduled visit.
