Santa Mike was absolutely amazing at my son's birthday party! From the moment I reached out, he was incredibly communicative, responsive, and easy to work with. His appearance was perfect, he truly looked like the real Santa!

Santa Mike was warm, friendly, and engaging with all of the kids. He even brought magic tricks that had everyone completely captivated. The excitement and joy he brought to the party were priceless, and he made my son's birthday feel truly magical.

This is the second time we had Santa Mike. We enjoyed him so much last year everyone in the family requested we try to get him again this year. He did not disappoint. He was friendly, funny and his appearance, made him look like a real professional Santa.
The only thing we had an issue with is trying to communicate through your website. It certainly is not user-friendly. You sent me email requesting updates, my replies were not answered. Only to find out that my emails weren't even being delivered to Santa Mike.
