Santa Mike was very good with the children, soft spoken and gentle, and good at conversing with them. They crowded around him with curiosity and felt comfortable asking him questions and sharing freely that they thought they were generally good this year, but had moments when they weren't. It was heartwarming to see them all so comfortable and how sweetly he handled it. All of the adults love taking photos with him!

Santa Mike put a lot of effort into helping plan/coordinate the event. He arrived on time and had taken time to learn the details (kids names, ages etc). He made the children feel comfortable while speaking with each. His naughty/nice ledger was a big hit!

Mike was awesome at our event. Very easy to communicate with pre event and was prompt in arriving. He came in ready, read books to the children and the event went very well. I would use Mike in the future.
