To ensure a seamless, magical experience for your guests and a comfortable environment for Santa, please review the following staging and hospitality guidelines:

Seating Requirements:

Santa highly recommends a bench, as many children feel significantly more comfortable sitting next to Santa rather than on his lap. (Santa is still happy to hold children when requested!)

If a bench is not available, a traditional large chair or throne is welcomed.

Note: Seating (bench or throne) must be provided by the event venue or sponsoring host.

Photography: All photography must be supplied and operated by the sponsoring event or client.

Large Stage & Auditorium Events: If Santa is addressing a large crowd or convention from a stage, the venue must provide an appropriate chair, sound amplification (microphone), appropriate lighting, and festive stage decor.

Break & Hospitality Needs: For events lasting longer than one hour, Santa requires a private, secure break space away from public view, a glass of water, and access to restroom facilities.
