December 17, 2025Santa Mat was the first Santa my 3 year old met. He was patient and kind, got down on my son's level, and waited for my son to always come to him first. The details in Mats costume and ‘Nice Book’ were a great touch and added to the realism. Mat was great with all the kids there and easily diffused a situation with a rougher boy at the event. Highly recommend Santa Mat!

December 16, 2025Santa came and showed incredible patience with our kids. He truly got down on their level, taking the time to make each child feel safe and comfortable. Even the kids who were shy at the beginning were holding Santa’s hand and happily leading him around within just a few moments.
Santa also went the extra mile to make sure parents got special memories, gently sneaking into photos and posing with shy children so no one felt pressured or left out. It was a magical experience for both the kids and the parents, and we are so grateful for the care and kindness he brought to our visit.

December 16, 2025Santa did in amazing job, all the kids he seen loved him. He took his time with the kids. He even took the time to video chat with one of the kids who couldn't make it. He read the story of Jesus from the book of Luke. 10/10 would recommend
