Santa's arrival is a magical moment your guests will never forget. With a booming "Ho, ho, ho!", Santa makes a grand entrance, warmly greeting children and adults alike with handshakes, high-fives, gentle hugs, and cheerful holiday spirit as he makes his way to his designated chair.

Once seated in front of your festive backdrop, Santa becomes the centerpiece of your celebration, creating the perfect setting for beautiful photos, heartfelt family moments, and lasting holiday memories.

Host Responsibilities: To ensure the best experience, please provide a sturdy, comfortable chair suitable for Santa and a festive backdrop or decorated area for photos and videos.

Once Santa is comfortably seated, each child will have a special one-on-one visit to share holiday wishes, stories, and festive conversation. These personal moments create wonderful opportunities to capture heartfelt photographs that families will treasure for years to come.

After every child has had their individual visit, Santa will invite everyone to gather for family and group photos, ensuring everyone has the chance to create lasting holiday memories together.

*Then, if Santa is provided gifts to deliver, he’ll take the time to hand each child their gift one by one, making it a special moment for every child to enjoy. Each delivery adds to the magic and helps make every gift feel personal and memorable.

Time permitting—and Santa usually makes every effort to include a little extra holiday magic—your guests may enjoy a selection of memorable North Pole experiences, including:

After all have had their Christmas fill, Santa will make a "last call for photos!" and announce that he must be getting back to the North Pole to prepare for his big day.
Then, with a bigger "Ho, ho, ho!" than he entered with, he'll wish all a Merry Christmas as he makes his departure.

Thirty years ago, my sister-in-law handmade my first Santa suit so I could play the role for my niece. In subsequent years, I'd also participate in a local HOA events, neighborhood fire truck rides and home visits. I eventually became fully invested in the Santa Claus persona and have spent each year since refining my image. Over the last two years, I've abandoned the fake wig and beard, opting instead for my natural beard and hair. The response to my new look and Santa personality has been overwhelmingly positive at all the events I've attended since.

For an authentic Santa experience, we’ll need a chair that’s truly worthy of the big man himself, along with a festive background to complete the magic.

This doesn’t have to be anything extravagant. In most cases, a sturdy high-back chair, such as a classic kitchen chair, works perfectly. With a few festive touches in the background, you’ll create a warm and memorable setting that brings the magic of Santa to life in every photo.
