My name is Santa Jerry I own Big Santa Ent. I’ve been a Santa for 30 years. I am a member of FORBS and on the board of IBRBS. I am the lead trainer for The Arizona Santa. I have attended several schools for Santa training just an in a few School of Santa‘s,Tim Connaghan, Santa Nanna’s and the world noun RockStar Santa Lee Andrews.
I currently am the Santa for the City of Avondale, El Mirage, Scottsdale Mccormick Rail Road, Scottsdale school district, Westgate market, multiple daycare‘s .

Had ordered an Easter bunny and Peter rabbit came with an escort. It was not what I was looking for.

I’m sorry that you felt that way Kelly I explained prior to you that I send a handler with the Easter bunny so they can see while walking around so they don’t trip and for their safety as walking around with those big heads, they cannot see as it is a safety hazard and I’m sorry that you felt that way. and as we discussed prior, you stated that you were going to have a place for the Bunny to sit to take photos which was not provide, which was fine. We accommodated to that and we were walking around and taking photos and trying to get as many photos as possible for you and your party. I’m very sorry that you were unsatisfied with the service that was provided, even though that I outlined and told you in writing and on the phone that there would be a handler. And you were aware of it. If you would like to discuss this more in detail, you can contact me anytime and we could be better prepared for the future events. Thank you very much.

Influences and inspiration
It started out as fun for friends, extended family, my own children, and most recently my grandchildren! Seeing the smiles on children's faces is priceless and I knew it was my calling when I was asked to play Santa Claus for a homeless shelter Since that time I have continued to play Santa for various charity organizations
