> Santa Jeffy welcomes the opportunity to be a part of your business marketing efforts. What 4th quarter ad campaign wouldn’t benefit from St. Nick promoting your goods and services? For Advertisement / Marketing / Photo Shoots / Video Shoots… It is highly recommended that you schedule these types of ‘gigs’ as early as July.

Santa Jeffy is insured and vaccinated.

For private home events, corporate events and/or special events, a 1 hour minimum fee will apply.

For Business /Marketing / Commercial / Advertising Talent commissions, a 2 hour minimum fee will apply.

A 50% deposit of the “Live Appearance” quote is required to have your event placed on Santa Jeffy’s calendar.

Santa Jeffy will arrive at your provided event location address within a +/- 30 minute window of scheduled time to allow for traffic delays or other unforeseeable circumstances.* Santa Jeffy is not responsible for incorrectly provided event addresses.

*For special events, you may not want the audience to see Santa Jeffy prior to announcing “Santa has arrived”. If this is the case, we can discuss your desired arrival time or ‘hiding place’ as to not spoil the surprise.

Please have parking available within a reasonable distance of your event. You do not want a soggy Santa walking in the door. All incurred parking fees, specific to attending the event, will be added to your final invoicing.

Mileage Fees.
> Mileage is included in the quoted hourly rate for events within a 25 mile radius of Windsor Heights, Iowa.
> $1.00 / one way, drivable mile (per Google Maps) outside of this radius will added to your final invoicing.

Is your event indoors or outdoors?
Indoor Events:
> The client is responsible for the preparation of a stage.
> The client is responsible for the public address system.
> The client is responsible for providing a sturdy, safe, comfortable chair or bench (think…photos with Santa).
> Due to the tailoring of Santa Jeffy’s holiday outfit, it is necessary that he has periodic breaks of 5 to 10 minutes per hour to cool off.
> Ideally, the indoor performance location be cool and comfortable. (I recommend 65° - 75°.) It’s always appropriate to offer a cool beverage.

Outdoor Events:
> If event is held outdoors, it is assumed that all arrangements for Santa Jeffy have been completed by the client.
Example (include but are not limited to): If I am to arrive in an open sleigh or vehicle, the client is responsible for the desired mode of transportation.
> The client is responsible for the preparation of a stage.
> The client is responsible for the public address system.
> The client is responsible for providing a sturdy, safe, comfortable chair or bench (think…photos with Santa).
> While Santa Jeffy brings the joy of the season with him, he cannot control Mother Nature. Cancellations of outdoor events due to inclement weather are not accepted within 24 hours of the event. Full payment for the scheduled Live Appearance will be invoiced.
> Please work with Santa Jeffy if an outdoor event is postponed to another date. He may still be able to accommodate.

For all “Photos with Santa” events, the client is responsible for any and all photography needs and arrangements.

Special requests are welcomed. However, depending on what you want Santa Jeffy to do may involve additional fees. Additionally, there may be some things I simply cannot do (e.g. parachute into the parade). If you have something special, let’s discuss.

If you have candy, gifts or stockings for Santa Jeffy to distribute, he will be happy to pass them out to your guests.
> For small candy items, please provide a holiday themed bag or container to carry the treats in. He’d rather not leave the “leftovers” in a pile on a table when he departs.
> Santa Jeffy has a “Santa’s Toy Sack” that can accommodate small gifts. It’s slight larger than a standard duffle bag. If you’d like me to bring this…
1) The gifts must have LARGE tags with the recipient's name clearly written. DO NOT rely on the typical “To/From” cards.
2) Please have someone available to help me fill the sack.

If you have any special requests for the giving of surprise gifts or personalized messages, just let him know ahead of time and he will do my best to make it happen.
