Great outfit but mistakes were made

This santa has an authetic outfit, from the beard to the hat, everything is great looking. Since this santa is a professional performer, he asked me to fill the names of all kids, what they do, what they wanted, etc. However at show time, some names didn't show up and he even mentioned names of kids that weren't even part of our party. That messed things up as some kids wondered why their names weren't called. Everyone has a chance to talk to santa but for a "professional" that wanted to do this (we didn't ask for it) seems a big failure.

Thanks so much for your review, I try to do a great job on every performance. I had some computer issues the day before the event, and I thought I had all the names that I needed, so I apologize for some of the kids being missed however, as I mentioned to everyone that evening, all the children were on the nice list. Thanks so much for your comments.

I have been portraying Santa for over 40 years. I want to make each child's experience a great one. Feel free to take as many pics and videos as wish.

Setup requirements

Santa Doug needs a sturdy chair to sit in, along with a small chair to put his toy bag and candy canes to his right. Thanks
