We hired Santa Craig to pay a visit to StoryPoint Pickerington Senior Living, where we hosted our 2025 Christmas Party! Santa Craig was fun, engaging and delivered his part perfectly! Pictures with residents and staff were taken, and he even had small treats for everyone! We will definitely have him back in the future.

December 23, 2025A great looking Santa
Santa Craig was a great looking Santa! He read a book for the kids, gave them presents that I provided as well as “nice list” certificates and sang Christmas carols.
My guests and I felt that he was “playing up to the adults”, rather than being in character for the kids.
One of the kids at my party had a gift for Santa and was so excited to give it to him. As Santa was leaving I had to remind him about the gift and he said to me, “I don’t know who’s that is”. He did take the gift with him but the child noticed that Santa never said thank you.
At the end, I asked him to sing Christmas carols as this was something that was included in his profile. He sang 3 songs and did not know the words to the last song (Frosty the Snowman). One of my guests and I had to tell him the words.
I think that he would be a great Santa for the right party. I was looking for someone to be more in the Santa character for the kids, than he was.
Overall everything went fine. We have had other Santa’s in the past who have been more child centered, which is what I prefer.

We have an annual neighborhood party with about 10 families and maybe 25 kids. He was a great Santa and did a good job handling the kids. They say songs, talked with Santa, and took lots of pictures. Kids and parents were all very happy.
We plan to use him again next year.

What to expect
Home visits & parties: Everyone will have an opportunity to greet Santa, sit on his lap, and tell him what they want for Christmas. Santa will distribute your provided gifts, read favorite holiday stories, play games, sing carols and pose for cute photos.
At Christmas parties: After a grand entrance fitting for a jolly elf, all the above is experience, plus time permitting, Santa Craig will visit tables and greet guests.

I am a real-bearded Santa and life-long central Ohio resident. I am a Santa Claus “Portrayal Artist” with experience in professional public speaking, amateur acting and working with children and young adults. Looking forward to bringing you some Christmas cheer!
Additional booking notes
- Invoice must be finalized prior to Santa’s arrival. (Prefer cash, PayPal or Venmo)
- Please provide a cell # for contact person for the day of event.
- Contact person should meet Santa outside event to transfer any gifts to be handed out. (Opt.)
- Provided gifts should have name labels + available person who knows names to assist Santa.
- Suggestion: Any gifts should be something easily played with upon opening so everyone is included.
- Santa is conditioned to North Pole temps! Please have event thermostats set for 68` or less.
- Also, please not next to fireplaces or heating sources.
- Anything Santa might need to know? (Autistic or frightened kids, peanut allergies, room layout, seating, etc.)
- Photos are great to share! Provide a nice backdrop with appropriate lighting for great pics!
- Please provide a regular chair with a back, no recliners, or couches.

Influences and inspiration
Most people were fans of the Jolly 'ol Elf toymaker at one time in their lives. From early influences in the mall, parades, Rudolph claymation specials and Christmas artwork, this Christmas character as been the 'season-ing' everyone looks forward to. Even in high school, the buddies and I would head out to Lazarus downtown Columbus to get our pics taken with Santa. Was it a goof? Yes. However, we were just saluting the character that gave us so much warmth, excitement and joy to our childhood memories. I have decided to help spread that cheer in the secular world and continue that magic of Christmas.
