They were incredibly kind, caring, and patient, taking the time to make every child—and even the adults—feel special. They paid attention to every detail and made each interaction personal, whether it was with the youngest child or the oldest grandparent. You could tell they genuinely love what they do, and it showed in every smile, conversation, and laugh.

They took tons of pictures and then went out into the crowd to visit the adults who had not brought children! I think that everyone enjoyed getting selfies with Santa!
