Having Santa Bernie (and Snowflake his elf) visit is becoming one of our new favorite traditions! This is the 2nd year in a row where he’s visited and he plays the part so well and really makes our kids’ Christmas season very magical. Thx as always! We’ll see you next year!

Santa Bernard played the part well, all the kids were very excited. Heck I thought one little girl was going to cry from excitement. My only complaint is, I paid for him to be present for an hour and he left after 30 minutes. At the time I didn't think or pay much attention to it due to hosting a party and being busy.

We are very happy to hear that the children were excited. I apologise for you not being 100% happy. At home visits, when the excitement and the spotlight fads from Santa we try to remove ourselves so the magic for the children will not vanish. We do not want to be standing around like one of the guest, we want it to remain special in the eyes of the children.

Santa B is the BEST!! He made the night so special and magical for our littles. He played the part perfect and went out of his way to add the littlest touches that really help capture the true spirit of Christmas.
