Santa and You requires no specialized staging, lighting, or sound equipment. Experiences are designed to integrate naturally into homes, event spaces, and venues without disruption.

For private home visits, a comfortable, stable chair for Santa and an uncluttered area near the main gathering space is appreciated. For the best photo experience, it is suggested that Santa not be seated directly in front of windows or large mirrors, as reflections and glare may detract from photographs.

For larger corporate or community events, Santa adapts easily to designated photo areas, seating zones, or meet-and-greet flow as needed.

For Santa’s comfort and safety, we kindly request that fireplaces not be actively roaring during the visit and that thermostats be set to a cooler range when possible (approximately 68–70 degrees). Santa is dressed for the North Pole, and these considerations help ensure the experience remains calm, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone.
