The San Antonio Jazz Authority is fully self-contained and provides professional sound equipment suitable for most small to mid-sized venues (up to approximately 500 guests). For larger events, we’re happy to coordinate with your AV team or work with an external sound provider.

We bring our own compact stage lighting to enhance the visual ambiance of our performance, eliminating the need for additional lighting arrangements in most settings.

We require access to a standard power outlet nearby. While we can adapt to a variety of environments, a flat, covered space is preferred for outdoor performances to protect instruments and equipment from sun or rain.

We arrive at least one hour prior to performance time for setup and soundcheck, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for you and your guests.
