As a violinist, Samuel has performed across the country under the baton of legendary conductors such as Gustavo Dudamel, Carl St Clair, JoAnn Falletta, Robert Spano, Eric Jacobsen, etc. He has performed in world class venues across the country, including Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Hollywood Bowl, Steinmetz Hall, Colburn School, Festival Hill, etc.
In the summer of 2025, Samuel attended the historic and prestigious Round Top Festival Institute, an intense six week long orchestral program. During the program, the string quartet in which he served as second violinist in won the annual chamber competition allowing him to perform in the chamber music showcase.
In January 2024, he was awarded a fellowship to attend Sphinx Organization’s SphinxConnect 2024 Conference: Amplify, the largest and longest-standing convening dedicated to diversity and inclusion in classical music.
He was featured as a violinist in a music video filmed at Walt Disney World that has reached over 100 million views on YouTube.
Samuel was a fellow in the LA Phil's YOLA National Institute cohort (phone number hidden)3. This year long program enabled access to music/career coaching, touring opportunities, audition financial assistance, and multiple residencies in Los Angeles.
As an El Sistema student, he has a passion for accessible music education and regularly volunteers at free tuition music programs.
Samuel is currently pursuing a Bachelors in Violin Performance at Florida State University College of Music under the tutelage of Dr Shannon Thomas. He performs regularly with the University Symphony Orchestra and serves as a substitute violinist in the Space Coast Symphony Orchestra. He also maintains a private studio, teaching students of all levels. When he isn’t practicing, he enjoys fishing, birding, coffee, and philosophy.
