Samson Ferrell

1-3 Hour show , I have my own set list and keep requests going as much as I can. I do perform my own songs as well mixed with covers.

Born in East Tennessee Samson Ferrell began his music education like mini in the south. In church. After seeing a VHS of Stevie Ray Vaughan playing in a local record shop he made up his mind to pursue music. Is uncle showed him three standard chords on an old Guitar and he was ready to go. Began playing with the old bluegrass pickers in his church. Learning songwriting and new styles in the process Ferrell returned to music in 2014. Often performing for veterans with whom he shares a deep connection. He has begun performing solo shows across the southeast ever since .
Samson draws inspiration from the likes of Waylon Jennings The SteelDrivers and Chris Stapleton. His songs touch on stories from the dark side of the mountain with an Appalachian valley vibrato, that purrs like a well tuned engine ,he groans through songs of gunslinging gun fathers and whiskey soaked tails. When Samson shows up you can bet on a whole lot of fun and just a little bit of danger.

I can provide a PA ( changed cost ) or I can run of your PA and sound man provided . If a Sound man is not provided then I prefer to use my own PA so I can run the sound .
