To ensure the best quality photos and videos, I only need a few simple things:

A clean, well-lit area (or permission to set up lighting if needed)
Access to power outlets for lighting and camera gear
Space to move around for photo/video coverage
💡 Lighting & Setup
If your venue has low light, I can bring professional lighting — just let me know ahead of time
For outdoor events, shade or a covered area is recommended for best image results
🔌 Power & Access
Access to standard 110V outlets (for charging batteries, lights, etc.)
Permission to set up tripods or light stands in designated areas
💻 File Delivery
Final photos and videos are delivered via a secure online gallery or download link
Clients can request USB drive or external hard drive delivery if preferred
