Sacred Strings

The audience can expect a beautiful mix of classical, Disney, classic, and sacred music while being seated at the wedding ceremony.

I offer high quality music for a very affordable price. I will play songs from my repertoire*, although the clients may request for more Disney, classical, or sacred music.
*Clients may request special songs for $20 a song, plus the cost of the sheet music. These requests must be made two months before the event.

I will drive up to 30 miles from Hobart, Indiana. However, a $0.25 fee will apply per mile after that.

Hello, I'm Chloe Hammond and I have been playing the harp since fifth grade. I started lessons over Zoom with an old friend. Then, I graduated high school and moved to Ohio to become a harp major at Cedarville University. At Cedarville I am involved with the harp ensemble, wind symphony, and the orchestra. Because of this move, my availability to be hired during the school year is limited. However, try contacting me regardless to see if I am available! I understand the high cost of living, so my rates are low and affordable.

~OUTSIDE POLICY~
-If the event is outdoors, a $30 fee will apply. (I DO NOT PLAY BEACH WEDDINGS)
-If event is outdoors and any type of precipitation is in the forecast, you must provide subsequent covering for my instrument.
- if this policy is violated, I reserve the right to forfeit the event with full pay.
- The outside temperatures must be between 55-85 degrees to ensure instrument safety.

~ACCESSIBILITY POLICY~
-If the venue location has more than two flights of stairs (without a working elevator or accessibility ramp), a $20 is applicable.
- Harp placement must be on stable ground (not rocky or soil) and must have at least three feet of blank space on either side to ensure instrument safety.

~STAGE AND CEREMONY POLICY~
- If wedding ceremony is requested, I require one run through, or a very detailed list of ceremony order.
- I do not require any type of sound system for the harp, unless the venue is able to offer it to ensure maximum sound.

~PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY~
- I require a down payment of $100
- Clients must pay the rest of the cost at least 2 weeks before the event.
- If you cancel, the up front payment will not be refunded.
- If event is cancelled two weeks before event, full cost must be paid REGARDLESS.
- If I must cancel for any reason, a full refund will be in order.

~SONG POLICY~
- Absolutely no changes to song choices and order concerning the harp two weeks in advance.
- Requested songs (additional fee) must be decided two months before the event.
