September 30, 2025Did an excellent job
Our sound man was unavailable for an important outdoor performance, so we talked to Curtis at Sac Live Sound about his availability and he was able to make it. He was very timely, and his setup was extremely neat and tidy compared to our normal mess of stage wiring. His equipment is also much cleaner sounding and easier to setup compared with our old gear. The main thing is that we sounded great to our audience and the performance went well without a hiccup. The icing on the cake is that Curtis is a genuine gentleman who knows how to make a band sound good! We will definitely have him back to do our sound again!

About
I’m Curtis, the owner and lead sound technician of Sac Live Sound. I’ve been working in music and live events for over a decade — as a professional guitarist, music teacher, and live sound engineer. My passion has always been helping people connect through music and spoken word, and Sac Live Sound was born out of that calling.
What sets us apart is the care we bring to each event. Whether it’s a wedding, a celebration of life, or a community gathering, I believe sound should never be a distraction — it should feel natural, clear, and supportive of the moment. From setup to breakdown, I work hard to make the technical side stress-free so you can focus on your guests.
Sac Live Sound is based in Sacramento and proudly serves weddings, personal occasions, corporate events, and growing community festivals. As we expand, our goal is to bring the same attention to detail and reliability to larger stage-lawn style events across Northern California.
