Setup Requirements
* A level indoor or outdoor space approximately 8' x 8' for our Mini package, 10' x 10' for Signature, and up to 12' x 12' for Luxe.
* Easy access for loading and unloading. Please let us know in advance if there are stairs, elevators, or long walking distances.
* If outdoors, the setup area should be on a flat surface and protected from high winds or severe weather. We recommend a shaded location during hot weather.
* Access to parking reasonably close to the event space.
Setup & Breakdown
We typically arrive 45-60 minutes before the event for setup.
Breakdown takes approximately 30–45 minutes after the event.
