Clear Access Points: Vehicles need accessible pick-up and drop-off areas for limousines, SUVs, and larger buses. Please confirm that loading zones or valet access points can accommodate vehicle sizes (especially for stretch limos, sprinters, and minibuses).

Event Coordination Details: We request finalized itineraries, contact details, and any security protocols at least 48 hours in advance for complex events.

Parking & Staging: For events with long durations, designated parking or holding areas for vehicles may be needed nearby. For multi-vehicle bookings, staging space must be coordinated with our dispatch team.

Permits (if required): For large public events, parades, or closed-street venues, any necessary transportation or parking permits should be arranged or discussed in advance.
