I’ve been a voiceover artist for over 25 years. I was part of the early wave of voice actors in the 1990s who discovered that it was possible to produce and deliver professional audio recordings without leaving home. This was before Dropbox…before professional online communities…even before Facebook. With a few hundred dollars and some help from two generous and knowledgeable colleagues, I was able to set up a home studio and start a lucrative business.
