Mia, also known as Rooted Flow started her hula hoop journey in October of 2014. Mia has performed for multiple music festivals across the states. A hobby which turned into a passion. That passion inspired her to start performing which 10 years later, she mainly teaches flow arts, performs locally and has a 4 year old daughter. She teaches performance techniques, music technicality, and hoop twerk. Mia is the founder & director of Funky Flowdah Flow Festival, the ringleader of the Fort Walton Beach Flow Jam, sponsored by Hoop Junky and is the workshop coordinator for Flame Fest.

Cosflowgirl is a multi-prop flow artist and cosplayer who first discovered her love for movement through the hula hoop in 2014. She has been teaching workshops since 2017, blending accessible technique with creative exploration. Known for merging flow arts and cosplay, she infuses her performances with character, color, and storytelling. She teaches a wide range of workshops, including some community favorites like: hoop twerkshops, acro hoop, and multi-prop tech.
