Ron Moore plays acoustic guitar and sings originals and covers. In between songs, he often sets up the next song with a joke or short story about it. The audience is invited to be part of the "band" by singing along, dancing, and providing ideas for a song to make up on the spot- usually a funny one.
Audiences comment on the quality of the performance, and how much fun they had.

-Vanessa 12/9/2010, Hotel Event, Charlotte, NC
"Ron was great. He has a very nice voice. He was on time and setup to play way before his start time. Ron has a great sense of humor too and he can make up special songs about the guest of honor. I would recommend Ron for your special occasion."
-Denise 9/18/2010, Birthday Party (Adults), Lenoir City, TN
"Ron played for us at a wedding weekend/family reunion in Lake Lure, NC. We had a pretty big age range within the crowd. He knew what to play and when to play it. Ron was professional, nice, working with him was easy AND he was sooo much fun. When the time was right, he made up some songs about the bride and groom (info fed to him by the bridesmaids...oh boy!!) and a few about the bridesmaids themselves. Everyone had a blast. We still have people asking us where we found him. We would recommend him to anyone for any event." Jenny and Thomas

Extended BIO:
Ron Moore grew up in Korea as a missionary kid. His childhood and teens were full of music and poetry and nature. Spending summers at a remote beach with family and friends every summer, they had to make up their own fun, and music, and they did. Now Ron has the amazing ability to make up a song on the spot with an audience, or write a personal song for a wedding, or just pick up a cover tune and make it shine.
Returning to the States for college, Ron embarked on a professional career of concerts and recordings. He has now played from Korea to Bulgaria, from Canada to Equador. Most of his concerts and gigs are in the Eastern USA.
For all this talent and fun, Ron is surprisingly very affordable, and works with budgets large and small. He has played festivals of 20,000 people, and living rooms in house concerts, and small coffeehouses. He actually prefers the intimacy of smaller venues and interacting with the listeners.
Ron has a residence and places to live in the mountains of North Carolina, Florida, and Michigan, so he can travel and keep expenses low.
People comment that Ron is very personable, friendly, funny, has a great voice, great acoustic guitar sound, and plays songs that 99% of people really like. Ron says he only plays songs he personally really likes, so that is his criteria. It seems to work for everyone.
