Music.... What can I say about it? It's my outlet, my escape and my soul.
My music taste can be described as unique. My family would jam out to everything from Classic Rock, Classic Country, and South Texas Conjunto music. However I can go from James Brown to Run DMC to Intocable to Midland to Karol G.
I began my journey in 1995 thanks to my mentor to get me into my first radio gig. Being 18 years old at a major market radio station is something I was blessed enough to experience.
I left radio in 1998 and enlisted in the Marine Corps (Semper Fi Marines!) as an avionics tech on attack helicopters.
After my time in the sandbox in 2003, I returned back to my home with my wife and son. It was still in my system. In 2006, I again found myself wanting to get back in to the radio side. Working part time at another station helped.
From (phone number hidden)1 I dj'd at local clubs and bars and really focused on my audio production side. Don't get me wrong, I do and have tried to keep side gigs as a dj going, but since those days, I worked full time on my adult job.
What do I play? From everything to Top 40, All decades, ALL Latin Genre's, Classic Bar Anthems, Country Sing-A-Longs and the music that makes you fall in love.
If you've read this far, I thank you.
I would love to help you find your sound and experience.

Influences (Weddings + General Events)
My sound and performance style come from a wide mix of musical legends, Latin/Tejano roots, and iconic voice and MC talent — which together shape the bilingual, open-format, and highly personal experience I bring to every event.
Key influences
Classic DJs & Turntablists: Jam Master Jay, Kid Capri, DJ AM, DJ Jazzy Jeff — for tight transitions, crowd reading, and genre-hopping chops.
Latin / Tejano / Mexican-American artists: Selena, La Mafia, Intocable, DJ Kane — these artists inform my bilingual selections, cultural sensitivity, and the emotional moments I craft during weddings and family celebrations.
Contemporary event DJs & hosts: Modern DJs who blend energy with professionalism — influencing pacing, hype control, and how to keep a dance floor moving without overpowering the moment.
Voice & MC greats: James Earl Jones, Don LaFontaine, and top live hosts — inspiring the commanding yet warm vocal delivery I use for intros, announcements, and walk-ups.
Live performance & production: Bands and producers across pop, hip-hop, country, and Latin genres — shaping my arrangements, remix sensibilities, and how I build musical arcs through a night.
Together these influences let me offer a performance that’s equally at home delivering a romantic first dance, a high-energy open-format set, or a culturally authentic bilingual celebration — always tailored to the client and the crowd.
