Meet the Band:
Janice Johnson, on vocals, masterfully interchanges styles from the disco queens to the bad girl rockers, from the techno squeaks to the soulful divas of the time.

Jeremy Davis on keyboards and vocals is an old soul . He expertly creates the layered synthesizer sounds that are the heart and soul of this musical genre.

Did Eddie Van Halen or Neal Schon just slip in the back door? No it's Tom Bognar, guitar and vocals. He effortlessly channels the era's many virtuoso guitarists.

Joe Martinez on bass adds a Latin touch with songs in Spanish.

Tony Welsh on drums plays both a regular kit and digital accents for the techno sounds. Every song here has a unique groove guaranteed to get your body moving.

We hired RocknRetro to play at my place of business, Whole Foods Market in Woodland Hills for an '80s themed local supplier day. They were EXCELLENT! They were punctual, self-sufficient, professional, and super fun! Our customers, suppliers, and team members loved the music and their energy. They played a great mix of music. The sound level/volume was just right. Since they have a male and female vocalist, they are able to play a wide range of song in various music genres. They got the audience involved with their performance and a great time was had by all. I would definitely recommend them if you need a band for an event. I will be hiring them again for sure!
