What you get with the ROCK MASONS band is what no other band can offer. A chance for the audience to hear not just classic rock covers...But Buddy Holly's songs played and sung by a living link to rock and roll history, Buddy's nephew Eddy Weir will SHRED and tell a few stories about what it was like growing up with Buddy. But it's not just Buddy Holly stuff. We play 3 hours of classic rock songs everybody knows! And Eddy is more than happy to mingle with the crowd between sets and take pictures and sign autographs. You get a band that is on time, pleasant to be around, is not demanding, and loves interacting with the crowd. We might even play Wipe Out and have a hula-hoop contest for prizes!

Eddy Weir is the Nephew of the late great Buddy Holly. Eddy grew up with Buddy and was taught to play guitar by him.
Kevin Rankin plays rhythm guitar and is a native of New York. Moved to Lubbock, Texas for a job in the medical field. Now he rocks the house!
Phil Huval plays bass and is a native Texan. He can CW or RnR with the best.
Ron Reid plays the drums and percussion. Native to Lubbock, Texas he spent his career as a radio DJ. Most notably as the morning show host at the legendary KDAV radio station with his co-host Peggy Sue. (Yes, THAT Peggy Sue)
