Robin S. Reed - The Speaker

In addition to public speaking, Robin is currently a Principal & Partner with EmFluent - a corporate coaching and consulting company that focuses on leadership strategy and talent optimization, President of Occam Sustainability Partners (OSP) - an international sustainability solutions consulting firm that provides energy saving strategies, as well as the President and CEO of the Black Chamber of Arizona.

Robin has been called a “pragmatic visionary” and as an entrepreneur at heart, he has demonstrated this over his 40-year career where he has started, acquired, operated, and sold several companies. Most recently, he has been able to lead and transform the Black Chamber of AZ into a more inclusive and forward thinking community organization that prides itself on collaboration and delivering quality tools to businesses fostering the growth and development of their companies. Both OSP & EmFluent are privately held companies founded by Robin and address specific needs relative to their market segment. Prior to starting OSP & EmFluent, Robin was a financial advisor with two major wire houses and during his time in the financial services industry, Robin specialized in restricted and estate stock transactions.

All these experiences have led to Robin finding his next passion, which is speaking to and coaching business owners by applying his ability to see what is possible and take it to the next level. He has presented several talks for an annual international business summit in Mexico, delivered keynotes and breakouts at several local events and has served as an authority for numerous panel discussions. He has also been interviewed and aired several times for topical news segments as well as written several business-related articles for the Business Journal.

Robin is originally from Northern California and current lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife. He has an adult son and twin daughters in college. An avid golfer, he enjoys getting out on the course 2-3 times per week.
