October 21, 2026I chose Them for my wedding this past weekend and everything was a disaster. The photos were a disaster. I did the magazine booth with the dslr photos and the attendant did not care enough to setup in a location where my guests could get the best photos, which I explained previously would be used as their souvenir. She
Came in 7 hours before the event and could have done test photos to make sure there were proper lighting and she did not. Instead a $1700 booth was wasted. She had guests stand in front and you could see the glare . She was told that she could move the booth anywhere in the venue and she chose not to. Not to mention she left 2 hours before the event so we paid for a booth that was not even there and guests received distorted photos. Here it is Wednesday and I haven’t received a refund. Instead they are haggling and trying to negotiate when their was in the wrong did not provide what they promised. Please go with another company .
