Great Experience

Rivvrs provides a wonderful experience. Ours was a small party of 12 or so, a birthday party for 85 and 90 year old parents. We requested specific songs from the 70’s and Rivvrs delivered beautiful renditions. He is also personable and converses easily throughout the performance. Will hire again.

Next Level!!!

My wife I have been fans of RIVVRS since we heard him on NBC’s “About a boy” and have been following him since. We never thought we’d be able to hire him for our wedding but he went above and beyond to make it happen. Everyone was blown away at cocktail hour and his performance of “Wildflowers” while my wife walked down the aisle brought the wedding party to tears. He was also a really nice guy and very friendly to everyone involved in the planning stages, which was a pleasant surprise. If you hire him for your event, you will not be disappointed.

Incredible!

We hired Brandon for a 20th anniversary party and he was a true delight to work with. His performance was the highlight of the evening & his raspy voice is unbelievable. We got incredible feedback from our guests throughout the night. We would happily hire him again and plan to do so the next time we host an event at our estate.

What to expect

I perform 4-5 events per week as a full time living. You can expect a seasoned professional who has "been around the block" and is ready to impress. I've performed to crowds as large as 5000 and as small as 5 & I carry an identical work ethic and passion no matter the event size. You're getting more than just a singer & a guitar player; you're getting a critically acclaimed artist who prides himself on providing a top-tier service.

I call my approach to live events "The Goldilocks" effect. I want you to feel that everything is "just right" and doesn't rub against your intended ambiance. If you want the music to be in the background so your guests can chat and mingle without straining to hear their own conversation, I've got you covered. If you want the music to be front and center and feel like an intimate concert, I can also do that. Whatever you prefer, I do my best to accommodate those needs and keep the volume at your discretion.

I typically stick to popular acoustic covers with my own flair. No matter the demographic, I can play something for everyone. Whether you lean towards styles like Chris Stapleton, AC/DC, Tom Petty or Ed Sheeran; there's no limit to the spectrum of genres I can cover. If you give me enough time to prepare, I'm happy to throw in a few requested songs. Of course, if you're a RIVVRS fan and want me to play some of my original music, I'm always happy to do that.

You can expect me to be punctual, friendly and professional. I provide all of my own equipment (unless otherwise noted) & like things to be neat and tidy; so your space will be left in the same condition it was found.

About

Through compelling songs and charismatic performances, singer-songwriter RIVVRS radiates an endearing and optimistic vision; his music connects the authenticity of Folk & Americana with the accessibility of pop.

His debut single “I Will Follow You” reached #3 on the iTunes Charts in 2016, leading to support slots with artists such as Jewel, Snow Patrol, Brett Dennen and Nathaniel Rateliff; in addition to a series of successful US Headline tours and a main stage performance at Bottlerock Music Festival in Napa.

His songs have since garnered more than 100 million streams and 150+ features across TV & Film (including shows Suits, Lucifer, Bates Motel, The Winter Olympics on NBC and a National Ad Campaign for Reebok).

In 2019, RIVVRS left the city lights of Los Angeles for a simple life in the countryside of the Foothills, where he now resides with his wife and their animals on a 5-acre homestead.

With his most recent album, “Sunlight of the Spirit”, RIVVRS returns to his Americana roots with a compilation of raw and vulnerable songs about the struggles that come with addiction, recovery, and spiritual discovery.

Additional booking notes

For events smaller than 200 people within 4 hours of Sacramento; I've got everything covered. I only require a place to plug in for power, a power outlet within 10-20 feet is ideal.

For larger events, or events that require extensive travel, a PA with phantom power is required, as well as a microphone stand. I will provide the microphone & all needed cables.

Influences and inspiration

I love classic rock & soulful singer-songwriters. My biggest influences are Tom Petty, Van Morrison, Ray LaMontagne & Tyler Childers.

I'm a child of the 90s, so I was heavily inspired by my parents' tastes of the 70s and 80s, so you may be surprised how wide my musical spectrum goes. I'm also very in-tune with modern day music and can play just about anything.
