May 8, 2024I have had the pleasure of watching Rick Ross perform and I knew he would be such a special touch by adding him to our recent event in April. We hosted a combination "70th" Birthday party for my Mother in law and Father in law. We had so many different threads of their life here, family and family that traveled for the event, former co workers as Dad recently retired, long time friends, friends from church. Rick's talent made everyone connect and come together with his beautiful talent and amazing personality. We are so grateful he performed for our event and would highly recommend adding Rick to your next event!

May 8, 2024Rick was the perfect choice for the birthday celebration at the 7 Lakes country club. He provided excellent music to include piano and sax with vocals but was behind the scenes enough to allow for easy conversation and activities tied to the party. Would highly recommend him for these types of events!

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- Rick Ross, multitalented San Diego pianist, saxophonist and vocalist dazzles visitors weeklyat numerous venues in San Diego and Palm Springs areas. He is most widely known for his long-standing residency inthe La Sala Lounge at The La Valencia Hotel in La Jolla. Ross performs a vast array of music ranging from jazz standards to contemporary popular music for local restaurant and hotel guests throughout Southern California.
Rick's first performances in San Diego were at the San Diego Marriott and Marina where he was also then working in hospitality management. Ross is entirely self-taught at the piano, yet classically trained on the saxophone. His show consists of vocal styles from Frank Sinatra to Billy Joel. Usually carrying to a "gig" three saxophones (soprano, alto, and tenor), he moves about the room playing a variety of favorites using smooth background arrangements to accompany his performance.
