As the “Host” of the meeting Richard will give the event continuity, humor (when appropriate) and a person that can move the agenda along, thus keeping the meeting moving and on schedule. We will work in close conjunction with you and your creative team to make the meeting as effective, fun, and unique as possible. Richard will welcome the attendees with a short comic monologue, go over the week’s agenda and give any pertinent housekeeping announcements. Then throughout the day introduce the scheduled speakers, host panels, interview speakers when needed, facilitate a fun team building module, run Q & A, etc.
Working as the emcee & host for your event Richard Laible will:
• Prepare by understanding your event’s needs and messaging to assure that his contributions are targeted to the strategic goals for your event.
• Open each session in a confident, fun, upbeat, and highly interactive manner.
• Introduce speakers, segments, and topics with an entertaining opening.
• Maintain a dynamic and engaging flow and pace to the activity.
• Sustain audience involvement and interactivity.
• Provide personalized and entertaining introductions of speakers, segments, and topics.
• Impart housekeeping with humor and enthusiasm
• Get the audience to really listen to your message!
• Do our homework on your company, speakers, messaging, etc. Simply put: we’re prepared.
• Monitor and adjust the meeting's mood and pace with a variety of humor, audience interaction, magic, and stories …whatever it takes.
