Superb, adaptable to large very loud crowds. Always smiling, super professionalism and how can we forget the amazing voice. 1920, 1930, 1990s...you name it and this women had it all!!! I recommend asking her to go all soul, she sings her heart out!! Can't wait to order her again. Iam an avid jazz club visitor, ask her for some serious soul and she will deliver.

Response from Rhonda Denet:
It was a pleasure to share music with such a lively crowd. Looking forward to seeing you all again.
Her father and I want to express my most sincere appreciation for performing at my daughter's wedding last Saturday! By all accounts, your music was one of the highlights of the entire event, and so many people have commented on your beautiful voice and choice of songs. Thank you so much for making this wedding the event Elizabeth and Eric envisioned. I hope that our paths will cross again one day as you now have gained many more fans in our friends and family members.
LOVED "Over the Rainbow," "At Last," "Amazing Grace!!!," and all the other wonderful selections you did for the ceremony and cocktail hour!

Response from Rhonda Denet:
It was my absolute pleasure to be a part of the celebration. An amazing couple got married at a fabulous estate surrounded by love that could be felt from every corner of the room. May Elizabeth, Eric and both newly joined families experience much bliss in the years to come. And I do hope our paths cross again.
I had booked Rhonda for a singing telegram for my best friend on her 30th birthday. As her birthday fell on a Saturday, I had to send the telegram to her apartment in NYC so I wanted to hire someone that could really use their voice as a gift without any fancy equipment or accompaniment. And boy did Rhonda use that voice! The birthday girl was blown away.
I reside halfway across the world from NYC so could only rely on emails for everything to go smoothly and Rhonda was always so prompt with her replies, I was never left in the dark. She went above and beyond to ensure my friend got her gift - despite the fact that there were so many difficulties with my payments going through, causing her to go out on a limb for complete strangers. She even included a hug for me!
The soul in her voice is testament to this warm and soulful spirit she possesses and I can't imagine any audience or client of hers being disappointed with her service.
What a delight!

Rhonda Denet and her keyboard player performed at our wedding. Their performance was phenomenal!! Rhonda also sang for our cocktail hour. All of our guests raved about her voice. She sang R & B love songs, they did a duet and sang jazz tunes during the cocktail hour. She also sang a gospel song, which she rearranged and learned. She did a splendid job. Rhonda honored all of my requests. My husband and I still hear her lovely voice everytime we reminisce of our wedding. We deeply appreciate her devotion to her gift and helping us make our wedding day most memorable. We will surely summons her for our future affairs. Thank you Rhonda for your wonderful services!! If you are reading this because you are considering hiring Rhonda, let us save you some time: DO IT.
Rhonda and her musicians are one of the best things to happen to our wedding [June 2011]. They are spectacular. They're not just a "wedding band". It's like having a LIVE concert at your wedding.
They created the perfect blend of music that fit into the background as people ate and talked, and then turned up the volume playing hits that had everyone on the dance floor. A few of our friends are professional musicians too, and they were practically bowing down to Rhonda when she sang. Our guests were a range of cool young people to older family members - and everyone's response was, "That was the best band EVER."
We can't say enough how meaningful their performance was to us. We originally gave them a long list of our favorite songs, and expected to only hear a few. Well, they played nearly all of them. And they are the NICEST people too. You could really tell that they love music and they love playing together, which means a lot when it's your wedding. Working with good people is so important. We even had some guests inquire about hiring her for their upcoming weddings, and wanted to get on her mailing list to hear her play around the city (you should do that, too).
We also requested at least 45 minutes of Jewish music for the hora, and they played that perfectly. We were SO impressed, and the hora was so much fun.
We could not be more grateful to Rhonda, and we give her our highest recommendation. If she is playing your wedding, get psyched. It's going to be a great party.
