Revahh a native of Chicago's Westside is known to many as the little lady with the big voice. She started singing at the early age of 10. Revahh attributes her father (Leroy Miller) for giving her the vocal talent that she possesses. Revahh would listen to her father and his band rehearse when she was a little girl, not knowing that later in life she would grow up and emulate her father’s performances. Revahh’s greatest influences were such artist as Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight, Michael Jackson and many more. Revahh, has performed locally all around Chicagoland, from the “Taste of Chicago”, The “Park West ” “The “Hyatt Regency ” the “ Forty Yard Line, Mr. G’s Supper Club” and “University Park Club” just to name a few. Revahh performed for Sam Chatman's local Cable Television Broadcast “ Can I Step With You ”. Her first local single “ Kisses Don’t Lie ’’ (an Evelyn Champagne remake) saturated the underground D.J. pool and ran on weekly rotation on “WKKC” radio station in Chicago. Revahh has opened for such artist as “ Gene Chandler ’’, “ Maggie Brown ” and Chicago’s own “ Next Movement ’’, just to name a few. Revahh appeared as “ Phyllis Hyman ’’ in the play “Soul Heaven”, which received rave reviews from the “ Chicago Defender ’’ newspaper. Revahh (along with the Choice Collection band), sang for Cook County Commissioner, Tony Periaca in the “ 07 ” Chicago city government campaign. Revahh performed weekly at “Oliva’s Sea of Soul Restaurant” (12746 S. Halsted & Vermont in Chicago). Revahh studied private vocals under the direction of Mrs. Anita Berry at the Sherwood Conservatory of Music, and sang with the Columbia College Choir. Revahh not only sings, but this little lady writes, plays the piano, and produces. Be on the lookout for great things from this Diva on the rise.
Revahh is influenced by such artist like Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight, Lauryn Hill, India Arie, and various other R&B and Neo-soul artist.
