About
I am a delta blues-woman. I also a songwriter and co- collaborator with my partner/spouse Keizo. We play originals, classic acoustic rock and jam tunes. I've been performing in the Bay Area nearly 30 years. First as a solo, then for nearly ten years with blues masters Robert Lowery(guitar and voice) and Virgil Thrasher(harmonica)Virgil played harp on my first CD: NEVER TOO LATE. I have performed at the San Francisco Blues Festival, opened for the late (link hidden)le and toured Southern Italy with legendary bluesman Sonny Rhodes.
Keizo Yamazawa was formerly a studio musician in Japan. He also has been a rock journalist and photographer. He has photographed Sheryl Crow, Big Brother and the Holding Company, Ron Wood and many other world class musicians. In the past few years he has returned to his love:playing rock music..
Jamming is the force that drives our sound. To that end end we are fortunate to be working with the great Mike Wilhelm, of the original Charlatans, the pioneers of San Francisco's psychedelic sound. He is producing our latest recording.
