August 28, 2021We had Retro Sky perform at our house party last night, and they crushed it. It was a pleasure arranging everything with Rob, they got there early, but the best part was the performance. Everyone was dancing and singing along. It was an epic night, thanks in large part to retro sky.

January 24, 2021We hired Retro-Sky to provide entertainment for our Housewarming Party with over 125 guests and they rocked the house. Everyone enjoyed their music and incredible talent. January 21, 2021I hired Retro sky for a private party and they totally rocked. So professional from the beginning. I spoke to Rob and discussed what my expectations were, and he and the band exceeded ALL EXPECTATIONS. They were set up on time and played nonstop for 3 hours, and even stayed late.

Retro-Sky is one of South Florida's most engaging 80/90s/00s cover bands because they will take what was great about the hits from those decades and give them a more updated, live and exciting rock feel. Retro-Sky breathes new life into classic songs and performs them with real passion.
Retro-Sky has one of the very best guitar players in the South Florida music scene, Mauricio "el Machete" Espinosa. Singer Rob Fires is highly charismatic and entertaining. The rhythm section includes Miami-Dade College drumming instructor Bill Gato and the classically trained Carlo Ricchi on bass. Depending on the event, Retro-Sky also occasionally plays in acoustic duo-trio-full band modes. The band's immense musical talent and skill allows them to perform practically any pop/rock standard and take some respectful liberties, yet never losing the integrity of the original song.
All of these aspects make Retro-Sky a different, refreshing experience, which will keep your guests engaged, dancing and having intense fun. Retro-Sky is an active gigging South Florida band and plays regularly at local venues such as Bougainvillea's, Yumbrella SoMi , Copper Blues, World of Beer , Cheers, & Gilbert's Key Largo to name a few - as well as special events, weddings and private parties across the tri-county area.
