I am an author and Resilience Coach. Believe me if learning from my mistakes makes me an expert, then I am the foremost authority in the world on this subject. What I have is 60 years of experience and a passion to pass on what I have learned about ignoring those pesky red flags. We were a distracted generation before the pandemic and now we have become a disconnected generation. Because of that people have attached themselves to some VERY unhealthy ideals and organizations. I want to give groups and individuals a better future by teaching them how, and why they should make better connections and have better accountability in their life.
