Hey, I'm Joshua — the guy behind Rental Setups.
I got my start in events out in Thousand Oaks, California, running weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, cocktail parties, birthdays, all of it, out of a venue there. When things shifted after COVID, I packed the whole operation up and moved it down to Orlando.
Now I'm building Rental Setups into a mobile event company for Central Florida — I bring the setup, the gear, and the experience straight to wherever your event is happening. Backyard, ballroom, or somewhere in between, the goal's the same: make it look good and run smooth.
I come from a film background, so I probably care a little too much about how things look and feel. Every event gets treated like its own production.

What I own and provide: LED dance floors, tables, chairs, cutlery, and a huge selection of FX, interactive games, disco domes, bounce houses, and fun games for all ages. Whether it's an intimate backyard party or a full-scale event, I've got the equipment to fill the space.
Staging and video walls: I'm in direct partnership with a staging company that delivers mobile stages for major events downtown — including large-format video walls. If your event needs a real stage presence, that's handled.
Nightlife and live production: I also partner with a team that specializes in on-site nightlife production and lighting tech. These are people who came up in the nightlife and rave scene, so if you want to genuinely bring a night to life — atmosphere, lighting, energy — we can deliver that level of production.
