Reno was great! He was very personable and attentive. I was mostly concerned about candid shots of the grandkids …. He didn’t miss a moment. He didn’t even wince when I asked to go outside in the snow for pictures. Turn around time was VERY quick, a couple days at most. Would definitely hire him again.
