What to expect

Renfree Isaacs will bring a powerful, upbeat and sonically amazing performance to your event. They primarily perform original material (with a few tasty covers thrown in for flavor) with a sound based on the "Lauryl Canyon" era in music. Their influences are Iconic talents like The Eagles, Linda Ronstadt, James Taylor, Bonnie Raitt, Jackson Brown, Poco... and so many more from that era and location in LA.

Their songwriting is wonderful and poignant. Their Melodies... top shelf. But what will hook you is their signature 3-Part Harmony and their onstage energy together.

Your audience will leave your event fully entertained and wanting more!

Looking for more than an amazing acoustic show? We can perform as a 5 (or more) piece full band with drums and bass, along with our already strong instrumentation and vocals. Of course our costs will depend on the number of band members you wish us to bring

About

Renfree Isaacs is a trio based in Music City, Nashville, TN. Featuring an energetic sound, excellent songwriting and world-class harmonies, these three will entertain with their special blend of Americana and Folk Rock influences.

Renfree Isaacs is:
Andi Renfree - From Louisiana, she's a performing songwriter of the highest caliber with a voice that will throw you back in your seat, and a growing number of cuts by numerous artists, including her song "The Buffalo Grass" which was cut by Chris LeDoux on his final studio CD "Horsepower".

Dave Isaacs - Hailing from the East Coast, Dave has a Masters in Music, and is a quite accomplished multi-instrumentalist. He's also a quite accomplished performing songwriter and is known as "The Guitar Guru of Music Row", not only is Dave a fantastic guitarist and vocalist, he also gives back by teaching guitar and other instruments both in Nashville and Online.

Peter "Ren" Renfree - Ren is from Southern California and brings a "So Cal" vibe to the trio. Along with being a great performing songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, with a very unique voice, he is a producer/engineer and graphic/web designer with numerous credits under his belt, and a client list that will knock you out!

Additional booking notes

We have a sound system for smaller to mid-sized venues. Anything larger than a Club space will require that you have an adequate sound system with a minimum of 10 channels and 3 monitor sends.

We carry our own cables, direct boxes and mics, as well as instruments.

We do not provide lighting, so if you want the mood to be just right, you'll want to make sure and have at least a couple different colored par cans (typically 3-4 per side of stage or 6-8 total).

We prefer a raised stage area however can work with whatever you may have.

Set list

We typically perform in either 30, 45 or 60 minutes sets. We will perform up to 3 hours.

99% of our music is our own original work. We sprinkle a few choice covers by Lauryl Canyon artists like The Eagles, Poco, James Taylor, etc... just to spice things up a bit.

Influences and inspiration

The Eagles, Poco, JD Souther, Jackson Brown, James Taylor, Bonnie Raitt, Linda Ronstadt... basically we have expanded on the "Lauryl Canyon" sound.
